In the heart of The Grove, Chakra Wellness offers nourishment, enlightenment, and exploration for the wellness-curious in St. Louis.
For a decade, Cabanne held a vision of a space that offered more than traditional physical wellness. She wanted a home for Eastern healing treatments like Sound Healing, Reiki, and Meditation. When no one else opened a space like it, Cabanne decided it was up to her to create one.
Following the pandemic, Cabanne noticed a shift in the community. People who may have once been hesitant were now actively seeking new ways to heal and invest in their well-being. Chakra Wellness met that need at exactly the right time, providing a welcoming environment for those looking to feel better and seek deeper enlightenment.
